Our Story / Who We Are

LanCo Construction & Remodeling has been a family-owned general contracting company in Pinellas County since 1986. What started as a small local operation has grown into a trusted name for new home construction, whole-home renovations, additions, and ADUs — but our approach hasn’t changed. We still treat every home like it’s the only project we’re working on.

Four decades in the same community means we’ve built relationships as much as we’ve built homes. Many of our clients come to us through referrals from neighbors and past customers. That reputation is something we take seriously, and it’s the reason we’re still here after 40 years.

Our Experience & Expertise

Building in Pinellas County comes with challenges that require specific knowledge — especially flood zones, coastal exposure, and wind-load requirements. Over the past 40+ years, we’ve developed deep, hands-on experience navigating FEMA elevation requirements, local flood zone regulations, and the permitting process in St. Petersburg, Gulfport, Seminole, and the surrounding beach communities.
