Building a new home is one of the biggest investments you’ll make, which is why LanCo Construction & Remodeling manages every new home construction project in-house from start to finish. We begin with a site evaluation and project consultation, then handle permitting with the City of St. Petersburg or Pinellas County Building & Development Review Services, followed by site work, framing, and finish-out. You’ll have one point of contact throughout — no juggling multiple subcontractors on your own.
